What is your returns policy?
Any opened/used stock will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Unwanted items which are not faulty may be returned within 3 days of the point at which you sign for receipt of goods. These goods must be unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 12.5% administration fee for processing the order and subsequent refund. If the item is to be replaced we will charge a fee of up to £20 depending on the item. The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods belongs to the customer. Refunds will be issued once the goods are received, proven to be both unopened and fit for re-sale. We will offer any assistance we can in the event of returns but ask you to please make sure at the point of order that the items you select are correct for you. Will my details be safe?
We have our own SSL Certificate from GeoTrust which encrypts all contact and delivery details you provide us with. This enables us to safely process your order and store your contact and delivery details securely. We do not forward on your details to any third party. All transactions including Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal are secured for us by SagePay* (the new name for Protx) so we don't need to store your card details at Coffee Coffee. *This process may also include extra indentity verification from Visa and MasterCard.
Do you deliver next day?
Coffee Coffee UK Ltd use a next working day delivery service on all Mainland UK orders placed before 3pm * * if items are unavailable we will contact you to offer alternatives or follow on options. Next Day excludes Saturdays and Sundays. Machines Delivery On All Machines Will Be Between 2-14 Days After Payment Is Received. We can arrange for installation and training as required.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £100 qualify for FREE Delivery to Mainland UK addresses. The delivery charge is £10 for Next Working Day Delivery for orders of £100 or less (Mainland UK orders placed before 3pm. Next Working Delivery Excludes Saturday and Sunday). Additional charges will apply for Channel Isles or Scottish Isles & Scottish Borders, please call to confirm delivery charges.
Is there anywhere you do not deliver to in the UK?
We price our delivery charges based on location, size and weight. We work closely with a national logistics transport company to ensure deliveries can be made to the whole of the UK.
What if you do not have all items in stock?
At Coffee Coffee we aim to carry enough of each product to fulfil all orders the same day. In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will contact you to Give you an alternative product option Send the order in 2 parts or Ask if you'd like us to hold back the order and deliver it complete at another time convenient to you.
How will I know that my order has been processed?
You will be sent an order number by email automatically as soon as your order has been received.
